Short version: this site collects what you type into a form, plus how you arrived. It goes to Henry. It isn’t sold to anyone.
This policy accurately describes how the site currently works, but it has not been reviewed by an attorney. Before relying on it, have a Florida attorney check it against your brokerage’s own privacy obligations and any state or federal requirements that apply to your business. Placeholders marked like [THIS] need filling in.

This website is operated by Henry F. Mejia, a licensed Florida real estate [AGENT/BROKER], trading as Central Florida Realty Solutions, under [BROKERAGE LEGAL NAME], [BROKERAGE ADDRESS]. You can reach us at henry@cflrealtysolutions.com or 407-417-5505.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the type of inquiry you select, your timeframe, the area or property you mention, and your message.
So we know where an inquiry came from and can answer it usefully, each submission also records: the page you submitted from, which form you used, the referring website if you arrived from one, any campaign parameters in the link you clicked (for example from a QR code, a social post, or an email), the date and time, and your IP address.
Campaign parameters are held in your browser’s session storage — on your device only — so that if you arrive from a QR code and then browse several pages before getting in touch, we still know where you started. That data is cleared when you close the browser tab.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
Form submissions are delivered by email to henry@cflrealtysolutions.com and stored in this website’s database on our hosting provider’s servers. Beyond that:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
This site does not currently run advertising pixels or third-party behavioral tracking. WordPress may set functional cookies, and the session storage described above is used for campaign attribution.
[If analytics, a Meta pixel, or ad retargeting is added later, this section must be updated — and a cookie consent mechanism may become necessary.]
Inquiry records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you or to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate transactions in Florida. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will.
Email henry@cflrealtysolutions.com for any of these.
If you give us a phone number and ask to be contacted, we may text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP at any time and we’ll stop. Message and data rates may apply.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We link to third-party sources — statutes, county records, builder pages, market data providers — so you can check our work. We don’t control those sites and this policy doesn’t cover them.
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, including serving the site over HTTPS. No website can promise perfect security, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
